It took them a year(October 2019- November 2020) to request documents from Renault and failed. Renault made me Pay R 29 400.00 for a mechanical Fault and they failed to demand documents from the dealer. Infact they have referred me to take an offer of R15000.00 that came from Renault SA after a Year. The Motor Industry Ombudsman is NOT,I repeat is NOT to be TRUSTED. Not Reliable. They are a waste of time and Energy . They might as well Close Shop
