WORST SLOWEST RETARTED SERVICE

I think this place is run by the ANC government because how can it take 9 months to not even have my case resolved? this is a claim against WeBuyCars and it is just to align my front bumper and regas my aircon, the pannelbeater told me the car was in a front smash after I purchased it. and WeBuyCars never disclosed this to me. so I contacted them and they refused to repair, this is why I went to the MIO of SA. but wow 9 months and they never have any feedback, just that my case is in the que.
