WHAT CAN I DO?

I opened up a case about the Chery J20 that I bought and that I wasn't happy with. Case no 328492. Chery advised that they would fix the problems and I explained that I wasn't happy with the outcome, as this should not be happening to a brand new vehicle. It feels like everyone is just stalling and thinking that I'm going to keep my mouth shut and keep this car. IT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED THAT THIS VEHICLE HAS A LOT OF FAULTS AND I DON'T WANT IT FIXED. I WANT ALL MY INSTALMENTS BACK, I WANT TO GIVE BACK THIS VEHICLE AND MAKE SURE NEVER NEVER NEVER TO BUY FROM CHERY AGAIN!!! What can be done?
