Waiting On Assistance

You log a complaint and get no feedback. What is the point of having this if you can't even get the assistance. I logged a complaint and called for an update after the email states it takes 10 business days, I was told that is not the turn around time. So why say that?? I am now sitting here with a car I purchased in December that won't move, totally inconvenienced and probably have to wait months for assistance.
