Useless Toothless Ombudsman: CASE NUMBER: 400962

The creation of this Ombudsman is an awesome example of fruitless and wasteful expenditure by national government. In reality its a toothless duck, completely useless in application. I referred a case to them only to be told to sort it out myself. It only leaves one resolution. If a mechanic does you in, you're on your own. This toothless duck is only there by name to collect a paycheck. You have no recourse with them.....
