Useless ombutsman service
These people and their service is useless they do not protect the consumer and typical government organisation do not answer phones or emails. It is pathetic

31 Aug 2022, 16:02I totally agree with the above review this service is non existent and if you can get hold of them its a waste of energy and air- time. Its disgusting that there is no consumer protector in what is obviously an extremely ******* business sector.
