USELESS MIOSA

If i had option to choose -0 i wouldn't choose 1 star instead of negetive 0 star. These people are useless. I lodged the complaint june 2020. They waited for 1year to assist me. They came this year 2021 july and the car was already written off. The insurance didn't want to pay because of the drive train fault that led car to an accident. That fault was causing a car to slow down itself while i am driving. Now they making an excuse they said the case close without any help. Useless and they are useless i will say if you have a problem don't waist your time thing that they will help you. Ive got the car from the car dealer in june 6 2020 and on the june 9 2020 the car had the drive train fault and was vibrating slowing down the speed like engine didnt want to run. MIOSA FAILED TO HELP ME RETURN BACK THE CAR SO THAT THEY WILL FIX IT AND BRING IT BACK TO ME WHEN IT SAFE TO DRIVE.
