USELESS !!!!

<p>Why does this office exist. I have logged a query against a dealer in December 2016. Received a call from this office in February 2017 that they have received my query and are working on it . Never heard from them again inspite of Numerous email sent monthly .....Dont even try to call - NO ANSWER !!!! In the meantime , I am still sitting with a car giving endless problems !!!!</p>
