Unresolved complaint

I logged a complaint against vehicle auto dealer in May 2025 with the Ombudsman. I followed the necessary processes and an investigator was assigned to my case. I did a follow up in July, August and Octo 2025. And was told that my case was waiting for a review date. It's December now, still no progress report and no outcome to my case. I don't understand what their turnaround time is in handling and closing cases. You have to keep calling them. I need to have an outcome to my case because I am sitting with a non-operational/functional car since May 2025 and need to know what the wayfoward is. My reference number is ***
