Unreliable MIOSA

I referred my issue with a dealership that took out a part of my car without consent, namely the catalytic converter. I waited almost 2 months to get feedback fom MIOSA. After receiving the response from the dealership, MIOSA sited with them, even though I made it clear with proof that the removal of the Catalytic Converter was done without my consent. I stated that the car has been giving me endless issues ever since the removal of the part, I further gave the dealership endless opportunities to rectify this, including been requested to pay more money. All the issues arose after this and now I am stuck with a car that has problems it never had prior to the service with this dealership because they carried out work they did not have to.

I find it very unacceptable that when I responded with facts against what the dealership claimed MIOSA then referred to the National Consumer Commission without considering the false information stated by the dealership, when all i said was also supported by proof.
