Unhelpful and no feedbak

I and my wife lodged a complain with MIOSA on the 29 February 2016 requesting their assistant regarding the technical claim problem to our car made by Hyundai Bedford view, One morning after a month of service with Hyundai bedford view our car could not start and we called Hyundai bedford view, They came and tour our car and few days later they claimed that we should pay them thousands of rands saying that a person who worked on the car previously did not tighten it properly resulting into some damages, to my surprise Hyundai bedford view are the people who have always been servicing the car meaning if there is any faulty it is them. The Hyundai then decided to hold the car hostage for almost two weeks, I then lodged a complain with Hyundai head which it did not materialised, i then lodged a complain with MOTOR INDUSTRY UMBUDSMAN SA which acted like they wanted to help by responding to one email after that they dissapeared into the Sea, I made a follow up email to the dealer and Ombudsman until date no one responded, i wonder what type of deal they might have entered into through my complain since i was hoping they will help me.

Until date, The Motor industry Ombudsman have not responded to any of the complaims wirtten to them although they claim to be assisting the SA residents with their motor vehicle problems.

The Motor Industry Ombudsman does not even have guts to respond to their unreliable, poor service and claims that they make to the public to be assisting South African residence. Shame on them.
