Unhappy customer

I put in a dispute for my car that was repaired by car city services as they replaced my gearbox for a error that displayed on my dashboard. After repair the error message was still there I took it back they change one coil pack but it did not solve the problem. The ombudsman felt there job was done. I am unable to take a pic of the error while driving as it disappears so fast. The error has come back worse now as the warning light stays on and I refuse to go back to car service city as they are very unhelpful. They did not even try to find out from another supplier about this issue. When I received the report back from the ombudsman I was very upset, I had alot going on as I started a new job and the passing of my husband. But I feel I was treated unfairly as my motorplan has now lapsed with motorvaps who would also not assist me. After reading up about customer with the same problem I found out it's the gear selector that is faulty so who must fork out this money to repair damages after you did not do proper investigation with the matter at hand.
