Very useless office in South Africa, Suzuki N1 city simply did not connect my car cooling system, as a result, that damaged the engine head gasket, and Suzuki refused to fix the engine. I logged a complaint with the MIOS office. After a long wait, they came back, finding nothing wrong with the workshop, and I am shocked because MIOS never called or communicated with me to get my side. Very useless office who simple can't understand that car cooling system serve a purpose.
