Tired of dealing with the ******* motor industry ombudsman

Ive had just about enough now trying to find a resolution to my motor vehicle dispute due to the incompetence and ignorance from MIOSA. They've never requested facts or proof relating to my expensive predicament during their one sided investigation. The only communications received were upon lodging my dispute and months later that it was receiving attention. Their decisions are a real joke biased to my vehicle supplier who **** about the cars warranty. They have not supp**** me with my copy of the investigation after months of literally begging for it. I have sent multiple e-mails since January along with multiple telephonic requests but still nothing. I'm sure they know that they have messed up somewhere and probably are in hope that I never see my investigation but I will not let this go lightly. The person in particular who ignores my polite and simple requests is a lady performing administration who goes by the name Refilwe Phala. Ive decided on pursueing the matter - my dispute, to the very end and now seek higher authority and legal assistance. I wish to educate fellow citizens that the MIOSA is yet another compromised body of ******* and *********** personnel. I've lost all trust in MIOSA possessing capable powers. I'm in hope that someone who has suffered a simi**** problem provide me with advice on how they proceeded and were they currently stand?
