Threatened by Owner despite Ombudsman Findings!

<p>I complained to the motor industry ombudsman about the service from one of our local garages and the ruling was in my favour. The owner is now threatening that if I go to any form of social media, they will take legal action. The ruling referred to the Consumer Protection Act iro of a guarantee which was not honoured by the service provider and his inability to practice good engineering practices.I need help going forward. Thank you.</p>
