Thinking of submitting a complaint,try other means from the beginning!

This organization should just be dissolved,it is a waste of time! I bought a car that was misrepresented by the dealer through an online purchase,...when I launched a complaint with the ambudsman,they sided with the company,on a clear case of misrepresentation...I have papers of an automatic and the car I received was a manual, I bought a diseal the car I received was a petrol...I couldn't return it on time because I only had my hands on the papers 3months later,due to work schedule being tight and outside of home...I had to remind them of my case all the time and the judgment came back very obscure and non-substantive
