The worst service EVER!!!

Hi,

I bought a vehicle last year 8th September. I have experiencing terrible problems with my brand new car since day 3. The dealership has refused to take the car back and give me a different car and i have lodged a complaint with MIOSA in April 2018 after taking my vehicle back to the dealership about 15 times. The MIOSA advised me to follow up ONCE A MONTH, bare in mind that I till today still have problems with this car and the dealership has been giving me the run around. Now the dealership wants me to trade in my vehicle which I bought brand new and take a second hand vehicle...
