The Motor Industry have their own Shaun Abrahams
I am shocked by the incompetence of the MOISA. I cannot believe that the MOISA can make a ruling without asking the defendant (dealership) to provide actual proof to support their false statements. In my case the dealership made 3 false claims: 1. Dealer claimed I took the car to a 3rd party for repairs. Now I am not sure how you can drive a car with a dead battery to a 3rd party in the first place. And secondly exactly how does a 3rd party repair a dead battery? In the world I live you simply go and buy a new battery. No repairs needed. Dealer did not provide any evidence to support his false claim.
2. Dealer claimed they had a new battery waiting for me on the day that the incident took place. I guess the dealer woke up the morning with the knowledge that the car battery would run flat. Amazing insight from the dealer. Only problem is that the invoice is dated 2 days after the incident took place.
3. Dealer claimed I insulted and threatened his staff. But the dealer did not provide any evidence to back up yet another false claim.
I already contacted Carte Blance. It is time to expose this clown called the MOISA. Her is clearly very *********** or in the pocket of those who pay his salary. While Nick Brandt is the MOISA the public will will continue to suffer at the hands of *****ed dealerships
