The MIO process failed-BMW-MINI LYNDHURST AUTO
I have a claim against BMW-MINI Lyndhurst -Melrose arch, which is part of the CMH group with the MIO. I bought a used vehicle, within the first 3 weeks I reported a low pressure problem, only to be told at the first service that I need a new engine. BMW-MINI Lyndhurst -Melrose arch, ABSOLVED RESPONSIBILITY, from even finding out the problem. BMW SA said that this dealer is a separate legal entity, to BMW SA, what does this mean, WHO IS THE BRAND OWNER ? Who to turn to next? The MIO. I followed the process filled in all the documents - 9 months later, the MIO has past two 48 hour warnings to the dealer that they are in breach of the CPA ACT and the Motor Industry code of conduct - and that that they will process in this matter without the dealer. The MIO has failed to implement its rulings of 48 notice on two occasions and its rules. After many emails of desperate attempts to connect to the MIO - The MIO has not ruled or given me an inclination that they are going to rule. If you have had any similar instances with the MIO or against BMW-MINI Lyndhurst -Melrose arch (CMH group), please send me an email at [Email Removed] and lets work together as consumers.
