Terrible service from MIOSA, Motor vehicle ombudsman of SA.

Terrible response and cant get any answer out of them! Pitty we sit in the dark ages and can do nothing about it. They try to be pleasant on the phone but they dont give a dam as to how bad it can be for an individual who is waiting on an answer! Looks like 2 years before they make a judgement! They say on the phone that they are back logged for another year! hectic!!! since its been a year since i started submission with them!

Makes me sick! you have no back up and rights!
