Terrible service!!

<p>I have lodged a complaint and it's 1 year now and no proper feedback from them. I called again today and spoke to Anastasia Nene who says that if I get no feedback I must call again in 3 weeks ...this is ridiculous I also was given an email address today whereby this person is out of office. I have sent several emails and was told different people is handling this case. I asked to speak to managers and was told non available.... It makes no sense why it takes so long for a ruling to be make compared to other ombudsman for example insurance ombudsman have very good turn around times and they protect the consumers and yet we wait for years for a case to be resolved?? I need urgent feedback on my case</p>
