Still waiting for feedback

<p>I submitted a report and documentation to them on the 23rd November, the dealer has also already rep**** to them and I have called MIO at leats 4 times to be told I have to be patient. It has now been 3 1/2 months where I have heard nothing and have a car that just stands in the garage, From the end of this month I dont have a loan vehicle anymore. Surely there should be a better turn around time, or they must evaluate the severity of each situation, please can someone advise me what to do.</p>
