Seeking add advice.

My disappointment is that we are supposed to feel free to complain and have our issues and matters addressed professionally. A company that has so much negative reports are their services and it's not addressed and allowed to continue destroying clients cars and not compensating because they hold you with policies and agreements that one never signed up for Car City Service destroyed my car and nothing is done about it and They are being protected and us left to fix something that is due to them. Why would one take they car back to those that ruined it. I took my car in for a minor service, and it wouldn't start and when jump started was back firing. I looked at Hellopeter complaints and the same problem was experienced by others and still they are not addressed. I am told of a 3rd party member and for that they are not liable. Please be there for complaints and mismanagement. I too want Help and Car city Service to have my car fixed and not by them as I don't have trust and they are very rude and unprofessional in they manor of approach 1stly I didn't go to school mechanical and motor engineering so don't shoot me here.
