Rude unhelpful people

Very rude people.

We've locked a complaint on the 5th of October, after a week we received an e-mail to say we must revised the claim. We did.

We've send the revised complaint on the 14th October. When we phoned today to get an update I spoked to the most rudist man.

Instead of helping me he talked to me if I was this bad person. He was so rude.

It is so upsetting, you go to people for help and this is the kind of help received.

What is wrong with the people of today? The bad guys gets away with everything because they have money and you are treated like you are the sly person.
