Rude Customer Service

Hello MIOSA,

I would like to leave a review for your consultant Jean who answered my call for assistance.

I found him to be aggressive and rude over the phone claiming that I had an "attitude" when I was asking very simple questions, as I do not understand much about vehicles and no one to offer advice. Jean's answers were short and if he could have said "I was wasting his precious time", I'm sure he would have.

Dear Jean - I hope in the future when you go for a doctor's consultation for a second opinion, the doctor tells you as you've seen another doctor that they unfortunately can no longer assist you. Wishing you all the best!
