Resentment towards Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa.

<p>Herewith writing to express my exasperation with the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa. Reason expressing such emotions and feelings is because they were not of any assistance to the matter I reported to them and has done nothing to dispute the matter I had. They did not even attempt to assist me in any way and the just sided with the dealer Renault South Africa. They have not contacted me to explain why they will not be able to assist and maybe somehow help me understand why they will not be able to assist me. I really am annoyed and disgusted how they handled this matter. I need someone to take responsibility for the issue I have. I am still sitting with a problem and I feel I need to be compensated somehow because of this issue I have. The outcome of my issue was not fair at all and I will not just sit back and accept the email I got stating that they will not be able to assist me. NO! Someone must be liable and take responsibility and resolve my matter and I will keep on raising the case until my issue is sorted out and it is to my satissfaction! </p>
