Poor service/unfair dealing

What a very useless organisations it, its stuff are very unprofessional & sounding captured like its sister NCC. I'm very much disappointed on both of this state entities, i think some of your stuff have forgotten their role of protecting the customer not dealers. I had reported an improper business act against 1 dealer, but proper procedures weren't followed in concluding the matter.
