Penta Suzuki all branches .

mooi Firstly I have no faith in any the Penta Suzuki groups. My car went for its second service on 5th of September , I mentioned 3 problems that had to be resolved, on there finding they told me it’s the gearbox!! The car has motor plan, I’m told that the part is not listed ?? They tell me that they have a gearbox Johannesburg but my car will be in for 21 days . But they don’t want to give me a car to go to work ( new work) but they don’t care. When you want to speak with the dealer prinscipal he is nowhere to be found( on leave) all the branches, now the gearbox has to be flowen in from Japan, so where is the box that was said its in Jhb last week already and still no vehicle to use, really for a new car at 25700km the progress time is unacceptable and promises to phone back is atrocious. Please other Suzuki users must think twice before taking your car to worked on at Suzuki Penta groups.
