Pathetic service from Miosa

Pathetic service.... I logged a complaint with them in october 2021 recieved feedback just once and never again i have been emailing and asking for assistance , I was treated unfairly and my savings was taken from a dealership whom did wrong towards me.I have asked and begged,i can not continue struggling with people who do not care about other than themself I am a single mom and i need my car at 100% , They do not give fredback they do not assist, they sound drunk or drugged and are not willing to help there customers I am at a stage where i do not have a clue on what to do i am struggling to find assistance Will you be able to assist?
