Pathetic *********** individuals

<p>Many many mails with read receipts which prove receipt by various *********** individuals at the MIO with absolutely no resolution of my problem or acknowledgment that they have taken up my case with Mercedes Benz SA....DONT BOTHER TO WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THIS ROUTE...not one person employed there deserves an income and should be ashamed to receive a salary for the service they deliver!!</p>
