Pathetic

Do not make the mistake that I made making use of these people. You must phone them exactly 1 month from start date, then again 1 month to get you case moved up to urgent, then 1 month to get it under review... I don't know whats the next waiting period as this what I'm currently having to wait for. The mistake I made was giving them more than a month as they only move on your case if you phone them. They are very bad mannered staff, claim they don't hang up on you, rather the line dropped and when you are speaking to them in a angry tone they will just transfer you to another staff member with out any warning or manners.
