Ombudsman is just a **** put in place for us to think that they would listen to us or help with our grievances.

I wrote to them hoping that they would listen to my story and hear my side about a dealership that didn't disclosure that the car had warranty of 6 months that my sister bought from Frank Vos. We were only made aware 2 days after the warranty expired. They concluded that we were made aware of the warranty so my question is if we were made aware of the warranty why would I spend close to R6000 on repairs on the car. The dealership sold us a car that has problems because within the first month we bought the car on the dashboard the was an engine sign. I sent Ombudsman all the information to prove that we were never made aware of the warranty of the dealership but at the end they assumed that was not correct even there's evidence.
