Ombudsman Industry puppets

I purchased a Mercedes Benz at the Century City dealer and after taking a long trip along the coast, I discovered that the vehicle wobbles when going over certain undulating surfaces in the road. This has been brought on numerous occassions to the attention of the dealer. Eventually the dealer test drove the vehicle over a short distance and visually inspected the vehicle and concluded that it is a characteristic of the new W205 model. I refused to accept their conclusion as I felt that the adverti*****t on this suspension is then incorrect because I am not receiving a comfortable drive as claimed. I needed my vehicle to be properly tested as I have had previous generations of this model which do not have this"characterisitc" as claimed by Mercedes Benz SA. I submitted my complaint to the Motor Industry Ombudsman who forwarded my claims to MBSA. MBSA forwarded the same information to the MIOSA which they sent me. MIOSA forwarded their response to me and then closed the case stating that they approve the answer from MBSA. Now I sit with an expensive premium vehicle with a bad uncomfortable ride while MBSA continues to advertise this vehicles' smooth drive. I feel that at least the MIOSA would further investigate my case and if required to allow my vehicle to be tested in the correct way before agreeing with the dealers. I find this type of decision biased to the dealer and feel that the MIOSA has no interest in the consumer at all. I have appealed to the MIOSA to take this matter further but they refuse to enter any further correspondence with myself. A total waist of time
