Ombudsman

Can someone tell me what the use of MIOSA is? Why is that institution still operating. customers are wasting their time and energy. after months of waiting for outcome, it seems like the supplier/dealer does not have to comply with the outcome. Even when the outcome was that dealer must fix the faults. Suppliers/dealers does not get in trouble, warning or nothing. they can do to us as consumers anything they want.
