**** of a place ombudsman

Why the Ombudsman is still operational is beyond me. This entire setup should have been shut down a long time ago. Every complaint is the same — nobody ever gets real help. Just look at their reviews; it’s obvious they protect dealerships instead of consumers.

It’s clear they are working hand-in-hand with these dealerships, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re benefiting from it. This Ombudsman needs to be investigated and permanently shut down.
