NO SERVICE OR HELP FROM MIOSA SA

Very bad experience with Miosa... Complain was filed in Sept already about misleading services on my Mercedes Benz ML 500 from Cargo Motors in Klerksdorp.. Its been 3months and still no help... as I can't use my car because they said that I shouldn't use my car... and I must know that it will still take months to resolve my issue... if I phon MIOSA... People working there don't want to tell me their names.... and also tells me that I can prepare myself to wait for months before they can help with my case... WHERE IS SOUTH AFRICA GOING TO.. People that is suppose to help is NOT EVENE HELPING... WHY DO WE HAVE A ONBUDSMAN SERVICE if they do not assist us....
