No response, Poor service and no Professionalism.

On 28 much I sent the Assistance form with all the relevant documents. I called them ***) on 31 March 2022 to do a follow up and I was told that they will respond within 5 to 7 day. Called them again on 21 April 2022 and the guy who answered the phone asked me if I have sent the Assistance form with order attachments and I said yes and told me to send the Assistance form only and wait another 5 to 7 working days. I called them again today (04 May 2022) and the voice prompt told me to press to 2 and the phone rang until it was dropped. I called *** which is on their website and it said the number you are dialling is out of service. What now?????
