NO RESPONSE IN 13 MONTHS

In April 2014 I reported Weiss VW to the Motor Ombsudsman for an accident damaged car that was sold to me. To date I have no feedback from the Motor Ombudsman with regards to my case...not sure if I am just being ignored. I have provided all requirements that was asked for initially. Received a letter that I was cc'd on requesting a response from Weiss VW - Stamfordhill. I have had no response despite my follow up emails and phone calls to Theo Van Niekerk ( the person supposedly dealing with my case). Please could someone explain to me if I am wasting my time with the Ombudsman??.... MY REFERENCE NUMBER FOR MY CASE IS 323573.<br> <br> Thank you.
