No resolution

I purchased a car from a friend's contact who got it from A & V Motors. I paid R75000 cash for the car end of March, it is now August, I have no paperwork, invoices, ownership, license or anything. After a few weeks the indicators were not working, I gave the car back to Michel to sort out, he took the car in and called to say that the car needed a service, but I was told that it had a full service and was just serviced in January per the book, he quoted R3500, I said no, he brought it down to R1600 for filter changes which I paid for, again still no invoice. They had my car for 3 days, he also has my BMW to sell with no paperwork received. 2 weeks later brake lights went on, he was unavailable so I took car for brake pads, the mechanic showed me a number of issues with the car, A & V motors insists it's wear and tear which it's not, the repairs that are visible cost double what I paid for the car, again the indicators don't work and just randomly switch hazards on and off, nearly had an accident twice with my small children in the car. Lodged the complaint and confirmed receipt from Marel at MIOSA on 3 July, we are no 13 August and it's not even on their system yet!
