No proper work ethic in place

Snag.and slow response from them. Clients go to them with hope that they will get help after the waiting period stipulated by them. Sent them countless messages for them to please get back to me with a response. Nothing to this day since the date of my complaint was laid. I have no trust in their work ethic.
