No follow up

I logged a case with the ombuds and so far all they did wad communicate with the panelbeater informing him of the logged case. No further action was taken, all my emails went unanswered and now we've passed the due date the panelbeater had placed. I don't think there was any follow up made and I'm still struggling with the panelbeater
