No feedback since submission of forms > a month

I have on 18 May2015, desperately and in despair communicated my vehicle dilemma with MIOSA via email, on 19.05.2015 I then received forms to be completed, I forwarded completed forms with all evidence on 20.05.2015, I resend the same email on 29.05.2015 to Marel [Email Removed] to date I have not had any kind of response from them. Today I called ***and spoke to Kathrine, who reassured me that she will search for my email and she took my number and confirmed that if the email was not traceable, she will call to request that I resend, however that has not happened. I understand that they did specify on their forms that their assistance is \first come basis"however"
