NO FEEDBACK ON CASE - 325892 AUDI KRUGER

I have logged a complaint / ombud case against Audi Centurion with the MIO in Oct 2014. All correspondence and replies from all parties was concluded and sent by 26 Nov 2014. The above mentioned Persons responsible is not replying on any further correspondence nor confirming any progress on the case since Nov 2014. All detail that was requested was sent, but nothing further has happened...The telephone numbers provided only rings and there is no answer. <br> <br> Kindly advise as the MIO is not sending any feedback or progress updates. <br> <br> Thank you. <br> <br>
