No feedback

I logged a complaint against a dealership in Johannesburg months ago and to date have not received any feedback. I keep on mailing and trying to call has been futile as well.

I wonder if the Motor Industry Ombudsman still exists and just another toothless institution created to give the masses false hope of justice. Nothing is being done to help the consumer and time is fading.
