no communication, 3 months later

I logged a case with The Ombudsman in Aug 2017 , Its Now November , i have called on Numerous occasions with No success , i would assume that this organization was there to help people not make things worse im very disapointed

Our car has been standing for the past 3 months they told us we cannot fix it up until the case is resolved ( they do not know when) , it is frustrating, we just moved to a new neighborhood with no access to public transport, we have no means of transport and we are struggling.

I thought this was going to help us but the nightmare it has brought into our lives is really sad and shocking
