N&B Auto Boksburg

I recently took my car to N&B Auto in Boksburg to repair my wheel bearings. Not sure if its been done. He took my vehicle Thursday for it to be done on the Friday. I had constantly make contact to follow up on where and what's happening. Eventually after 100 calls he dropped my car off dirty not washed nothing. I then picked up that car was damage or was involved in an accident. I told him that I was going to go to the police station and open a case of property damage. He promised to fix it until today not done. I have been making contact with the mechanic constantly calling and no feedback only lies and lots of promises. What do I do ?
