most agent who try to help consumers they are not helping us not 100 % I personal I follow all necessary requirements and submitted on time when taken decision they don't involve you and they don't contact research to such extent to certified the consumers even if you have necessary documentation they don't consider much , they will rule against you because we don't have money it seems ******ion ,
