Motor repair complaint.

I took my car to All in one auto repairs in Bethlehem Freestate for replacement timing chain kit for my vehicle. They charged me R7000. I paid. They stripped my vehicle and broke most of the parts in the engine. They saw they are failing they refunded me half, R3000 out of R7000. They forced me to tow away my vehicle inside their workshop, but I gave them the drivable vehicle when I was handing over to them. I towed my vehicle to the other workshop where they found that my vehicle was recklessly stripped and they broke most of the parts. Because of all in one auto repairs, I ended up paying R99000 for the repairs. I reported the matter and they never attended to it and they ended up saying they do not see any issue and I do not have any case. It was so surprising and I have all the the evidence even the whatsapp conversations. The office of MIOSA should be closed or they must Employ personnel who are willing to assist. The office is useless.
