Motor Industry Ombudsman SA is useless 🤞

This organisation is a joke and it is useless. I filed a complaint against a car dealer (Choice cars to be exact), this was about three months ago. To this day I don't know what is going on and when I call they just tell me to keep waiting. When I ask them when should I expect a response they just say they don't know. They are dealing with a lot of cases of which doesn't help at all. To this day I am still waiting
