Motor Industry Ombudsman SA

Lodging a complaint with MIOSA is a complete waste of time! I lodged a complaint which they eventually sent to the dealer in question who responded and MIOSA took their response and closed the case. Nobody from MIOSA ever contacted us to hear our story but just rule in favour of the dealer. I suppose when an industry pays for its ombudsman the client will always lose!
